CAN I ORDER A MIX OF MEN'S, WOMEN'S AND CHILDREN'S SHIRTS?Yes, you can. Just start with one and go through steps 1 to 4. When you get to step 4 and after designing your preferred design, you can then say how many you want of each cut. Just enter sizes for Men, Women or Children at the end of the Step 4 section.

WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE A HIGH QUALITY LOGO OR ARTWORK FOR EMBROIDERY, SCREENPRINTING OR HEAT TRANSFER?The better the artwork, the bettter the result you'll get.

We can re-draw low resolution logos for a small charge. We can also create a logo or artwork from rough sketches, photos or other reference. Please call us to discuss a quote.

HOW MANY SIZES CAN I ORDER? When you order 25 - 49 shirts, the first 8 sizes are included. If you need more sizes, there is a small charge per extra size (not per shirt).

Orders of 50 to 99 shirts include up to 10 sizes.
From 100 to 299 shirts, you can have up to 15 sizes.
From 300+ up you can have up to 20 sizes at no extra charge.

Sizes can be any combination of men's, women's and/or children's.

Do I pay extra for larger sizes? There is a small fabric surcharge per shirt for men's sizes 4XL, 5XL and 6XL and women's sizes 22, 24 and 26.

I can’t find the colour I want, can I have other colours?The website shows the colours we have in stock for each fabric. We cover almost all popular colours. We can also order other standard colours from our fabric suppliers for an additional fee.

However, there is a minimum order of 1 roll (approx. 100 shirts).

We can also custom dye for very large orders (800+ shirts). With this service, you can supply a reference colour and we can match it for you.

Note: this process can take up to 8 weeks.

Can I have different colour combinations in my order? Because we custom make each order, we can only make small orders in one colourway. If you require multiple colour combinations (called colourways) on larger orders, please call us to discuss, as there may be a small additinal charge.

What does colourway mean? Colourway is a garment industry term. It means the particular combination of colours in a shirt. If you want two different colour combinations in a single order, that is two colourways, and there are extra charges.

What are the main things that affect the cost?

Timing, and the number of shirts you order.

TIMING: the further ahead you order, the lower the price we can offer. If you can order 8-10 weeks ahead, we can give you our lowest price. If you're in a hurry, you'll find our regular or express services are still very good value.

NUMBER: the more shirts you order, the lower the prices go. We offer volume discounts for orders of 50 and above.

How can I save money?

The further ahead you order, the more you will save.
You can save by not having an added pocket.
You can also save by having a self-fabric or knitted collar, not a custom design.
Finally, we also offer discounts for orders of 50 shirts and above. The more you order, the lower the price per shirt.

I live in a remote area - can I still order from you? We work with customers all over the country, including some who live in very remote communities. So it doesn't matter where you are, you can still have custom made sports shirts. We can even use air express service to get shirts to the outback areas quickly if you're in a hurry
